# INTEGRA

> INTEGRA is the architecture and build studio of DQD — a vertically integrated design-build firm delivering architecture, general contracting, and in-house interior production under one contract. Founded in the United Kingdom in 1989, INTEGRA delivered premium projects across London and the South East before expanding through Dubai and Thailand. Headquartered in Cambodia since 2018, operating in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.

INTEGRA is not a traditional contractor: it designs buildings and builds them, combining architectural engineering, general contracting, and its own furniture/interior manufacturing to remove the handoff between "building" and "furnishing." Backed by DQD Holdings, it also runs a direct supply-chain alliance with Sika (concrete, waterproofing, bonding) and Jotun (paints, coatings) for material control and faster mobilization.

## Selected work

- Arena Central — Hospitality & Entertainment, Phnom Penh. Sports bar and entertainment venue: 16 broadcast screens, private VIP suite, full-day commercial kitchen.
- Butcher's Block — Commercial, 500 sqm. European-standard hygienic fit-out for meat production and storage, with an office build-out above.
- Villa Sen Sok — Residential, 4,000 sqm. Full-height facade glazing and an engineered aquatic facility, turnkey residential build.
- Kampot Villa — Residential, 62 sqm. Boutique home on sloped ground; precision concrete work, bespoke joinery, floor-to-ceiling glazing.
- Cigar Shop Poipet — Retail. Climate-controlled display and custom humidor cabinetry, manufactured in-house.
